FromRubber molds custom silicone cases and covers for phones, earbuds, power banks, lipsticks, and kid-safe bath toys — as flat 2D prints or raised 3D cartoon designs. Multi-color drip glue, soft-touch finishing, screen printing, and laser-etched logos are all handled in-house, and tooling is cut in our own mold shop. MOQ starts at 100 pcs per design.
What You Can Customize

Material & Hardness
Food-grade or standard silicone from Shore A 30 to 80, from a soft squeezable skin to a firmer protective shell.
Color & Drip Glue
Solid color, gradient, or translucent bodies, with multi-color drip glue for raised characters, flowers, and icons.
Structure
One-piece sleeves, two-piece snap-fit shells, hinged lids, and over-molded inserts with port and button openings.
Surface Finishing
Matte, glossy, or soft-touch spray coating, with dust-resistant treatment for cases that live in pockets and bags.
Branding
Screen-printed patterns, laser-etched logos, or a raised molded logo in the same or a second color.
Attachment
Lanyards, ring hooks, carabiner clips, keychain loops, and metal inserts molded into the silicone body.

From Drawing to Finished Case
A custom silicone case normally runs through four steps. You approve the sample before mass production starts.
Drawing & 3D File
Send a 2D drawing, a 3D file, or a physical sample. We confirm wall thickness, hardness, and color with you.
Molding & Color
Compression molding with color matching, then multi-color drip glue or over-molding for the next colors.
Printing, Assembly & QC
Screen printing or laser etching, attachment assembly, and a visual check before packing.

For silicone cases and covers we handle the whole chain ourselves: mold design, tooling, compression molding, multi-color drip glue, screen printing, laser etching, assembly, and final inspection. You deal with one factory instead of coordinating a molder, a printer, and an assembler.
Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom silicone case?
MOQ is 100 pcs per design. Send us your target quantity and we will confirm the tooling cost and unit price at that volume.
How long do tooling and sampling take?
Quote within 3 hours of receiving your drawing. Sample mold takes 3-5 days after the drawing is confirmed, and production tooling 10-12 days. Printing and assembly steps are added on top of those times.
Can you match our Pantone color?
Yes. Send the Pantone code or a physical color reference. We press a color chip and match it with you before the mold is loaded.
Is the silicone safe for baby and toy products?
Non-toxic, food-grade silicone options are available for bath toys, kitchen items, and mother-and-baby products. Tell us your target market and required test standard, and we will confirm the material grade before quoting.
Can you add our logo to the case?
Yes. We use screen printing, laser etching, or a raised molded logo in the same color or a second color.
Can you copy a case we already sell?
Send a physical sample or a 3D file. We take the dimensions, agree the wall thickness and hardness with you, and quote from there.
