Safety-First Engineering Philosophy

This enclosure is built from the ground up with catastrophic failure prevention as its core principle. Unlike standard housings that merely contain components, this design actively manages risk factors through material science, structural design, and intelligent thermal engineering.

The V0 polycarbonate composite is formulated not only to resist ignition but also to form a protective char layer that insulates internal components if extreme overheating occurs. The internal layout is compartmentalized – high-voltage AC input section is physically isolated from the low-voltage DC output section by a 3mm internal fire barrier wall made from the same V0 material.

Heat is the primary enemy of multi-port chargers. Our solution employs a "Heat Sink Sandwich" design: the main PCB mounts directly onto an integrated aluminum plate, which then makes full contact with dedicated thermal pads molded into the housing's exterior base. This creates a continuous thermal pathway from the GaN FETs and controllers to the outside environment, reducing hotspot temperatures by up to 40% compared to passive designs.
