Custom Silicone & Plastic Parts Manufacturing, From Drawing to Mass Production
We are a silicone and plastic custom manufacturer based in Dongguan, China, focused on this field for 15 years. Send us a drawing, a physical sample or just an idea, and you get a DFM report, a price and a working sample before any mass production starts. Our production base covers 15,000 m² with 220 machines, 5 production lines and a daily output of 150,000 pieces.
-
Own factory, not a middleman
Mold making, compression molding, injection molding, printing, etching and assembly are all done in-house.
-
Fast engineering response
DFM feedback typically within 48 hours, quotation usually the same working day, samples typically in about 7 days.
-
Built for repeat orders
7,656 silicone and injection molding projects developed for more than 2,361 clients worldwide.

Which Type of Customer Are You?
The right starting point, documents and tooling plan depend on who you are. Find your own situation below.
Trading Company
You resell or export silicone and plastic parts and need a stable factory behind you: confidential production, consistent quality, fast re-quotes and quick sample delivery for your own customers.
Typical need: rapid quotation, private-label packing, repeat-order consistency.
Brand Owner / Product Company
You own the product and the design files. You need a manufacturing partner who can read your drawing, protect your design, and turn it into parts that match the original samples and tolerances.
Typical need: DFM feedback, material advice, stable mass production.
Equipment & Instrument Maker
You build machines, meters, medical or automotive devices and need keypads, control panels, seals, silicone pads or injection-molded housings that fit an existing assembly.
Typical need: P+R keypads, over-molding, multi-color silicone, tight tolerances.
Project Owner With Only an Idea
You have a product concept but no drawing yet. We support the design work, propose the structure and material, then build the first samples so you can test the market.
Typical need: product drawing design and prototype samples.
Not sure where you fit? Send a short description through the contact page and we will tell you which route fits your project.
What Problems Are You Facing Now?
These are the problems global buyers most often bring to us. If two or more sound familiar, the sections below show how we remove them.
Quote and DFM take too long
Weeks pass before anyone tells you whether the part is even moldable, and the price arrives after your own customer deadline.
Samples do not match the drawing
The first sample is close but not identical, dimensions drift, or color and hardness are not what was approved.
Mold and tooling ownership
You are not sure who owns the tooling, whether the mold can be moved, or if you will be charged again at the next order.
Quality drops after the first order
The approved sample was perfect, but batch three arrives with flash, weak bonding, missing print or wrong dimensions.
Communication and language gaps
Technical questions go back and forth for days, drawings get misunderstood, and nobody answers in your time zone.
Order size and capital pressure
Minimum order quantities and tooling cost make a first market test too expensive to approve internally.
How We Can Support You
Six in-house capabilities cover the whole chain, so your project does not travel between unrelated suppliers.
Drawing Audit & DFM Report
We review your 2D/3D drawing, flag wall thickness, draft angle, undercuts and tolerance risks, then send a DFM report with adjustments before tooling is cut. If you only have a sample, we measure it and rebuild the drawing from it.
Mold Making & Prototype Tooling
Our own mold workshop builds the prototype tool for sampling and the production tool for volume. The production mold stays with your project for repeat orders, so later batches run on the same tooling and the same approved dimensions.
Silicone Rubber Molding
Compression-molded silicone keypads, control panels, silicone cases, seals and pads, in the hardness and color you specify. Multi-color silicone, over-molding on plastic or metal, and adhesive backing are all handled in the same plant.
Plastic Injection Molding
Injection-molded plastic enclosures, housings, seals and structural parts, including P+R keypad combinations where a rigid plastic frame and a silicone layer are produced as one assembly.
Printing, Etching & Assembly
Screen printing, ink spraying, laser etching, heat-transfer patches and silicone labels give your part the final look, with adhesive backing and sub-assembly so it arrives ready to fit your line.
In-Process and Final Inspection
Roughly 15% of our staff works in quality control, covering incoming material (IQC), line checks (LQC), process checks (PQC) and outgoing inspection (OQA) before the cartons are closed.

What Is the Cooperation Model?
Three working models and three possible starting points. Pick the one that matches what you already have in hand.
Choose your model
-
OEM — your design, our factory
You supply the drawing or the approved sample. We audit it, build the tooling, produce to your specification and inspect before shipment.
-
ODM — our design, your brand
You start from our existing silicone keypad, silicone part, plastic part and rubber patch designs, adjust the material, color and logo, and ship under your own brand.
-
Supply partner — parts, not projects
You need a running supply of silicone or plastic components and accessory support to keep your own line moving, on a repeating schedule.
If you have a design drawing
We return a DFM report, a quotation and a first sample, so the technical risk is cleared before you commit to a production tool.
If you only have a physical sample
We measure the sample, rebuild the drawing, and offer mold adjustment work as the shape is confirmed.
If you only have an idea
Our engineers support the product structure and drawing design, then take the concept through to working samples.
Certifications & Qualifications
Documents your purchasing or quality team will ask for, available before you place the order.
- ISO certification — quality management system in place across molding and assembly.
- IATF 16949 — automotive-grade quality management for parts used in vehicle applications.
- ISO 14001 — environmental management covering material handling and production waste.
- Third-party factory audits — additional independent inspections available on request.
Download the certificate pack from the certification download page before your supplier evaluation.
Cooperation Process
Five stages from first contact to delivery, and what you receive at each one.
Drawing design and audit
You send the drawing, sample or idea. We check manufacturability and send back the DFM report with material and structure recommendations, plus the quotation.
Prototype mold
The prototype tool is built in our mold workshop so we can press the first parts for you to evaluate.
Sample confirmation
You check dimensions, hardness, color and finish. Adjustments are made at this stage and the approved part becomes the reference for production.
Bulk production mold
The production tool is cut and validated, so mass production runs on a mold built for volume, not on the prototype tool.
Production and delivery
Mass production runs with in-process inspection, final outgoing inspection, then packing and shipping. You keep the production mold for repeat orders.
What You Get at the End
The concrete deliverables of a completed project, not just finished goods.
- A DFM report that tells you what to change before spending money on tooling.
- A sample you physically approved, kept as the quality reference for every later batch.
- A production mold built for volume and retained for your repeat orders.
- Mass-produced silicone or plastic parts in the agreed material, hardness, color and finish.
- Inspection records from the IQC, LQC, PQC and OQA checkpoints on your order.
- Finished, packed parts — printed or etched, adhesives applied and sub-assembled where required.
- Ongoing after-sales support for reorders, tooling maintenance and follow-up quality questions.
